EducationColorado School of Mines - Bachelors, Mechanical Engineering
ExperienceI attended the Colorado School of Mines, where I earned my bachelor's of science degree in Engineering Mechanical Specialty. I learned through my undergraduate a comprehensive understanding of the mathematics courses required by engineers, which include advanced calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, and advanced mathematics specific to engineering majors, particularly focused on PDE's and Laplace transforms. I am comfortable with and able to tutor numerous math subjects, and also many subjects that are specific to engineering students. It is my belief that every American deserves an education, and should do their best to receive a higher education, in order to provide this country with the greatest technological developments and continue to be a nation that models leadership in the world. I also believe that, though you may face challenges of varying difficulties, each person can be whatever they want to be in this world. It's up to each person to surmount the barriers they face. I have tutored a good mix of students, mostly in the STEM fields. I can also assist students as they prepare for standardized test like the ACCUPLACER, GED, or others. In my spare time, I like to work on puzzles, create things on my 3D printer, and work on home improvement projects.
