I am a health fanatic and my interests revolve around improving overall wellness. I enjoy yoga, meditation, running, hiking, kayaking, biking, reading, relaxing, learning, gardening, art, crochet, hula hooping, cooking, listening to podcasts and countless other activities. Currently I work full-time as an office specialist/receptionist/admin assistant. I am studying film editing in my free time. I can provide health coaching on top of academic tutoring, just ask! :)
