I am a graduate of Colorado State University, where I majored in Mechanical Engineering and minored in Business Administration. I originally was going to major in Business, but I decided to transfer to Engineering after falling in love with the subject. My plan is to eventually earn my master's and then my Ph.D. in Engineering. I was involved with Pi Tau Sigma, which is a mechanical engineering honor society. I worked as a tutor for Physics and Calculus while I was a student, and I also served as a mentor for incoming engineering students. I tend to be very serious about tutoring. I have seen my students not only achieve a higher grade, but they also have seen a rise in their self-confidence level, as they learn how to independently solve problems with their newfound skills. I am prepared to tutor Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, as well as business classes such as Management, Introductory Business, Statistics, Calculus, and Finance. In my free time, I like to be outside. I enjoy playing sports, running, weight lifting, and hiking. My hobbies include working on cars and learning new areas of STEM (like 3-D printing).
