I graduated in 2013 from Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a 3.82/4.0 GPA. I have done extremely well in all of my major classes. In college I took math classes in Calculus I/II, multivariable calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, and statistics. The math classes I wish to tutor in I have received either grades of A or B.
Experience
I would love to be a tutor because I have really enjoy seeing students and classmates able to learn and understand concepts that they never have before. I want to see students succeed and not have to let school hold them back from their dreams. I have unofficial tutoring experience helping my boyfriend's niece and nephews with homework, and I've also helped classmates understand concepts and complete homework during my time studying engineering at Virginia Tech. I have received all A/B grades in the math classes I wish to tutor. I have also received a 4 on AP English test and 4 on AP Calculus AB test.
