I've taught all grades for almost two years on Chicago's west and lower south sides. During this time i've also tutored public school and college students in everything regarding basic principles of design and technique, to advanced concepts in visual art, to brand management and aesthetic critique.

"I believe that tutoring is not about repeating classroom instructions or teachers’ curriculums. It’s about figuring out how the student learns and teaching from that point. No student is the same, and it’s not right to assume all students learn in the same way. That’s why I love tutoring" I'm interested in public art that speaks to and for the community in which those works exist. Art works best when it has a message, but that message can only get across if it has aesthetic interest. In my free time I intern at the Denver Art Museum. I like to snowboard, bike, and play guitar.
